Using Shortcut Key:

Ctrl + Shift + ; (semi-colon key)

Output:

6:25 PM
Steps:

To add the current Time to a worksheet using just the keyboard:
  1. Click on the cell where you want the Time to go.

  2. Press and hold down the Ctrl + Shift key on the keyboard.

  3. Press and release the semi-colon key ( ; ) on the keyboard without releasing the Ctrl + Shift key.

  4. Release the Ctrl + Shift key.

  5. The current time should be added to the worksheet in the selected cell.

Using Function:

 =Now()

Output:
 3/5/2014 18:28

Now Set the format of Cell to Time by right click on cell and select Formate Cells.. Then select Time from left hand side and select your time format now its display like 6:28:44 PM

Note:
As a result the function continually updates itself every time a worksheet is recalculated.

Normally worksheets recalculate each time they are opened so every day that the worksheet is opened the date will change unless automatic recalculation is turned off.

How to Convert Decimal Hours to Time in Excel

Converting a decimal time value to minutes and hours is easily done in Excel. That is, if the time value is less than 24 hours

 Here are three simple steps.
  1. Enter a decimal value into a cell
  2. Divide by 24
  3. Change cell formatting to Time (h:mm)

To change the cell format use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+1 to bring up the Format Cells dialog box, select the Number tab, click Time, then select the h:ss format as shown below.

If  you have a lot of conversions then one column for the decimal values and another column for a formula dividing by 24 will suffice. Just change the formatting for the second column. The example above shows three columns for illustrative purposes and is not very practical.
Obviously a conversion can be done in one cell, if you:
  • Enter a formula into a cell with a decimal value divided by 24 (=0.61/24)
  • Format that cell to h:mm
And remember, this only works properly for decimal values less than 24 hours.

How to Embed Fonts in a Microsoft Word Document

When you email someone a copy of your document or presentation and they don’t have a font installed, the font reverts to default. This can mess up the whole layout, and can be fixed by embedding fonts into your documents.

 How to:

1. Goto Option of word document and click on Word Options

2. Then click on save tab and check Embed fonts in the file and then click ok.

Since the font is now part of the document the user will be able to see your documents correctly, whether or not they have the font installed. You could also choose to only embed the characters used in your document to reduce file size.

Torrent Error: The system cannot find the path specified

This problem may be caused by a limitation in Windows with path lengths.
Windows unfortunately limits the maximum length to 255 characters (which includes the filename). Try saving the torrent to a location closer to the drive's root, such as C:\.

If you need to move the content, stop the torrent, move the content to new location, right-click the torrent and select Advanced>Set Download Location and browse to new location. (New location like c:\ or d:\ (Recommended) )
